GM pumps for industrial and chemical applications

For high precision chemical metering such as polyol and isocyanate in the PUR industry. Temperatures up to 140 C. Pressures up to 80 bar and pump sizes 0.05-200 cc/rev.

Type GX metering pumps

For hot melt adhesive metering in automatic systems for up to 8 outlets per pump. Used in temperature range of approx 220°C with back pressure of up to 200 bar.

Metering pumps for paint – type SV

For metering solvent based and water based paints. Special designs with flushing equipment for colour changes and pressure monitoring.

Metering pumps for high viscosity – type GA

For metering of silicones, hot-melt adhesives, resins and polyurethanes. Other chemical metering applications up to 225°C and 200 bar. Pump sizes 1.25-30 cc/rev.

Booster pumps

Controlled pressure boost in extrusion and polymer lines. Pressure fluctuations from the the extruder are compensated. Also available in a fine-toothed design for low pulsation applications.

Magnetic drive couplings

Many of our pumps can be fitted with maintenance-free hermetically-sealed permanent magnetic drives.

Discharge/transfer pumps

Discharge of pre-polymers and polymers. Optimum graduated sizes from 100cc/rev to 21000 cc/rev. Various sealing systems available.

Complete motor-pump units

We can supply the complete unit with optional sealing systems, magnetic or standard couplings, geared motors and frequency inverter drives for speed control.
